Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting the Marketing Director
Organizing and scheduling meetings, events, and marketing activities.
Maintaining marketing calendars and project timelines.
Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
Collecting and organizing data for marketing strategies and reports.
Content Creation and Management
Assisting in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Writing and editing content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and websites.
Managing and updating the company’s social media accounts and website.
Assisting with email marketing campaigns, including list management and tracking metrics.
Coordinating logistics for marketing events, trade shows, or product launches.
Preparing event materials and promotional items.
Providing on-site support during events.
Responding to inquiries from customers or partners about marketing campaigns.
Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing projects.
Staying up-to-date with marketing trends and tools.
Performing other tasks as assigned by marketing managers or supervisors.
