Requirements:
Bachelor/College Degree holder in Engineering or IT related course is an advantage
Male/Female, with pleasing personality
Driving skill is an advantage
Previous work in an S.I. or I.T. company preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
High level of work ethics and trustworthiness
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal/people skills
Capable to balance Client v Management requirements in making decisions
Has the ability to sell ideas and products and the highest level of professional persuasion skills
Must be scientific, technical and strategic in his process and execution
Willing to do field work
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying new sale leads
Pitching products and/or services
Research on new products and competitor’s new products and services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes recommendations and decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email, personal visit or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Other tasks as may be given
